A FULL A LA CARTE BREAKFAST AWAITS
Included in your sumptuous accommodation package is a full a la carte breakfast served from 8.00am until 9.30am in the Grand Room with exquisite vistas overlooking our natural pool at Mount Buffalo. Where possible we source local and seasonal produce, so the menu will change throughout the year, but you can be assured of waking up to some of the finest bread and coffee the northeast has to offer.
TASTES FROM AROUND THE GLOBE
Italy offers a veritable cornucopia of flavours and textures across the whole country; from Piedmont to Sicily there is something for everyone and with Kirsten and Ben's extensive travel experience overseas, a delectable daily range of antipasti will be offered to guests to enjoy with great wines from around the globe. This will be offered from check-in (2pm) until 7pm (or later if we get incredibly inspired by your enthusiasm!)
VILLA GUSTO INTRODUCES GUEST CHEFS & "IL FORNO"
Not satisfied with an upgraded kitchen that would keep the most demanding of chefs happy, we have built a beautiful outdoor dining area equipped with a large wood fired oven, IL FORNO. Keep an eye out for lazy Sundays of Pizza and beer on our website and through social media on Twitter and Facebook. This will be open to guests and to lovers of lazy days, great foods, lots of wine and beer and a little live music thrown in for good measure.
