Ben Edwards is a multi award winning Sommelier, wine writer and Senior Show Judge, and has scoured Italy and beyond for the best examples of the great wines of the world to match to delicious examples of regional cuisine. These snippets of seasonal flavour are prepared with love and a deep seated understanding of the foods of the world. Whilst we encourage our guests to get out and experience our amazing region's foodie delights, we will be offering a Wine Bar experience second to none in the Northeast for our guests to return to in the afternoon. The idea of aperitivo hour simply won't do our tasty treats justice, and at the end of a hard days driving, walking, eating and drinking, light snacks will cap off the perfect day in Victoria's high country.
